Put the dish rag down and play Monopoly when your kids ask, because one day they will leave and that moment will no longer be there.
Q: How old is your kid(s)? A:1, 8, 9, 12 Years.
Q: What did you think when you found out you were pregnant? A: With my last baby, and such a huge age gap, I was in complete disbelief. To the point of taking multiple tests and not telling my husband until the next day because I didn’t think it was real. We had been trying for months, and I was to the point of giving up.. the “if it happens it happens” stage.
Q:Was your birth what you had envisioned or different from previous birth(s)? A:My birth was perfect!!! Very relaxing, pain free, I was not exhausted, and talked to my doctor the entire time as if we were out having a cup of coffee (lol). I would love to relive this moment!
Q: How do you like to relax? Or take time for yourself? A:I am a busy mom.. aside from taking care of these kiddos, i also hold a full time job, and very active with my boys. If it’s a short period of time, I love to get away by going to a nail salon, go to the hair salon, or take a NAP! Anywhere where I am not hearing “mom, mom, mommy!”
Q: What is one thing you have noticed a change in yourself since becoming a mom? A:I've never realized how much I am capable of, how much I can accomplish! I am more driven now that I have children
"...a girl and ALL of her boys! Tia, mom, step-mom! My babies."
Q: From wherever you are at this moment, looking back would you have done anything differently? A:Nothing that I would change! Besides raise my children in a different city.
Q: What lesson has motherhood has taught you? A:Motherhood has taught me that my home will NEVER be clean, the clothes basket will NEVER be empty, AND that is OKAY! Put the dish rag down and play monopoly when your kids ask, because one day they will leave and that moment will no longer be there.
Q: Any advice for moms to be? A: Don’t panic! You’re doing a good job! Babies don’t come with instructions, you will learn as you go ️.
